Hello everyone!
I am posting EveM's program in a step by step format. I have done it a couple times before but they are in the archives so i thought I'd post it in this new site for those looking for a tried and true herbal program and don't want to search the archives.
*Everything in this program is in dried and loose powdered format, she did not take capsules, however if you want/need to you can buy them or make your own capsules with an encapsulator and capsules
The following amounts are daily amounts, divide into 3 portions for morning, afternoon and nighttime consumption
Step 1
Barley grass- 800mg
Bere (Beremeal) Or Alfalfa- 400mg
Fennel- 400mg
Fenugreek-1800mg
Hops-1800mg
flax-seed (linseed)-1000mg
Oat seed (aveena sativa)-800mg
Soy- taken as either soy milk in 1-2 glasses daily OR soy powder, 1000mg (Eve used both whenever she didn't feel like one or the other)
Step 2
Each night you drink One cup of tea, rotating each night between barley tea, fennel tea and hops tea. Eve put soy milk in these teas.
Step 3
At night there is a massage. Eve did not use any particular massage, however if you need one Fengshui and Tigerlily's massage is the most popular and effective.
The massage oil she used is a homemade cocoction:
Star-flower/Borage oil : blend oat seed powder, soy powder and hops powder with the oil, let it sit for a few days and the herbs should either dissolve or soften, don't worry if they dry on your skin overnight. you'll wash them off in the morning.
Step 4
when Eve was finished growing she went on maintenance for a year to make sure all her growth stayed, she took: Fennel 400mg, Fenugreek 1800mg, Hops 1800mg, Linseed 1000mg everyday (again divided into three portions)
To this day her results have stayed. her pictures are in the picture pages.
EveM's growing program was a total of 18 months ( 1 year and 6 months) her maintenance was 1 year. she did not skip any days
