Hey Sunset Im so confused about how you explained Chi massage?
How can you rotate 360? and Man do you mean to twist your boob 360?
I have been wanting to try Chi breast massage but I dont understand how in the world to do it?
Could you help me out please? ....Please and thank you!

All you do is of course place your hand over the breast.
move your breast around in an UPWARD INWARD CIRCULAR motion.
(Move it TOWARDS the middle of your body, like where your cleavage is)
(DONT move OUTWARDS=that could make them smaller)
The chi massage technique calls for doing this 360 times 2 times a day.
SO when your hand/boob goes all the way around and back up, count 1 then 2 and so on-till you reach 360. It should take about 5 minutes if you do both of them together, or 10 minutes if you do them seperatly (I found seperatly to be MUCH easier on the arms..lol)
You want to move the breast around under your hand as much as possible, to ensure you are getting blood circulated to them. Try not to just move your hand around and around with out moving the breast also.
If you cant get the hang of it I think any kind of massage and stimulation that would help circulation would work, so try not to stress to much about doing it perfectly.
Thats about the simplest way I can explain it. I hope I helped clear things up for you. If not just ask and I'll try to explain it a different way.

Ok, think of it like this=have you ever massaged someones back? You move your hand around over their skin and you notice how the skin kind of moves with your hand in the same motion?
Well just do the same thing. You move your hand in circles all around the breast and try as best as you can to move the boob around a little under your hand. Dont actually pick up the boob and circle it around and around-leave it set on your chest like normal and put your hand on it and move your hand inwards and upwards. While your hand is doing that try to focus on moving the boob while its under your hand.
Ok, pretend you have a record player (sorry this is the best example I can come up with..lol) Pretend there is a record on the record player.
The RECORD is your boob. Pretend you put your hand on the record. If the record player is not turned on the record will not move around. So if you put your hand on the record (your boob) and move your HAND around the record,you will only be moving your hand and not the record( boob) around right? ok you want to avoid moving just skin over skin.
So Now pretend you plug in the record player. You put your hand on it and move your hand around in the same direction as the record. YOUR HAND AND your boob is then both moving around at this point. the record is moving around UNDER your hand. Ok you want to move the breast around underneath of your hand in the same way.
I really hope I didnt confuse you further..lol sorry! if I did just forget everything I just said and we'll start from scratch. ..lol

Oh my gosh, lol, I have been doing this wrong. I have been "picking up my boobs and moving them around upward and in circles lol. That is what I got out of reading the chi massage technique before. It's a wonder they haven't fallen off since I have been doing it wrong. Too funny! Tonight I will pretend they are "records" LOL

Oh My!..... I did it too...I was shifting my boobies all over the place last night for ten min.
I put a boob in each hand and held on and around we went! hehe I thought man this isnt so hard, Woke up this am and I was a bit sore, I just thought that it was working hehehe...
So you go around the boob in a counter clock wise way and dont move the boob all over just a bit under your plam ok, Man I have to laugh,
I can just see us all last nigh holding on to our boobies for dear life and moving them suckers all over our chests hahaha Oh man Im cracking up! hehehehe

LMAO I was laughing so hard reading your last post I had tears in my eyes. My husband asked why was I laughing and looked at me like I was nuts. Mine have been very sore also and I thought it must have really been working lol. And the thing you said earlier about twisting them 360 degrees OMG LOL.

You ladys really do help us new bee's out so much, And man Im so Thankful that we have eachother to Laugh, Cry, worry, and ask questions.
Now tonight when Im massaging I will be allot nicer to the Girls! I did it in the shower this am and the soap really made my hands glide all over them, So I got a beeter idea of what to do with the lotion now!
My Hubby made a comment today that my Boobies are getting bigger, and Bigger, He said he would of never ever thought that this would of worked its amazing. Lets just hope he still thinks so after my peroid, Yikes!

I am so glad I read this topic. I was laughing about the twisting boob thing. I had been doing the massage WRONG for the last 3 weeks. I swear my boobs 30aaa has gotten even smaller but I thought maybe not. After reading the thread, I was probably right. I had been moving my nearly non existent boob all around making sure my hand does not move. Oh my god, it's so funny. I am glad to find out now than 3 months down the line. Ha ha! Good job Sunset with explaining the correct way to do it. I got to admit, I was not upset at all, I laughed the whole time.
