Ok, I hope this helps everyone in clarifying the correct way to massage. In the cryptic image the below, the Os are your breasts, your hands should massage your breasts going around the O's from a to b to c to d to a (1 rull rotation). I think most people use their right hand on their left breast and their left hand on their right breast (easier on the arms).

head

b b
right arm a O c c O a left arm
d d

(right breast) (left breast)

It's difficult to do this without using any symbols or images (so that everyone can view it).

Darn, it didn't work. If you visually have to move the b b on top of the Os and the d d underneath the Os to get the right idea. UGH!!! This is so difficult without pictures!

Shell. don't worry about post seeming harch, know you weren't being. Its a pain trying to type so much, some of my posts or replys seem blunt. i'm not meaning to be, just tried of typing. Really trying to get this massage right. I go Clockwise on MY left boob, counter clock wise on MY right. I hope that is correct, cause thats what feels most natural to do. Hope we can get this right. When I look at diagrams on net, by the time I go to do it I forget which way is which. Surf Thanks for trying to help withdiagram. I will keep looking at it .

Could it be the mirror???
April 13 2006, 8:54 PM

HI all

I agree with Shell but if you are looking in a mirror, it is the opposite effect.

I massage both breasts toward my breast bone. I don't cross my hands over but even if you do, if you want to massage inwards, the left breast is being massaged counter clockwise and the right clockwise.

I guess using the clock analogy is helpful - maybe it's just better to say massage them both inwards towards your sternum???

I thought since there has been so much confusion regarding this and I wouldn't know how to explain it any different from the way Sunset and many others already have that I thought it would maybe be good to have a picture.
I have sent one to Eve and hopefully she will post it, it is a picture taken from one of those bra measuring sites, I didn't want to use a real boob picture so that's why there is a line on it :-). My drawing isn't that great either but believe me, I tried and it took me ages to get kind of decent half circles. :-)
So hopefully that will clear up the confusion and help in future when the question arises :-).
Take care everyone and good luck growing,
Lisa

It depends
April 14 2006, 2:39 AM

yes on how you look at it. If you have a clock right infront of you and you are staring right at it, then yes it is true that the right boob goes counter clock and the left goes clock wise.

I seen that Eve said she posted a picture so hopefully that will help.
The best way for me to explain is to say that BOTH breasts should be rotated IN towards the MIDDLE of the body -moving the hand and the boob under the hand IN towards the cleavage area.

------>OO<------ (right way)INWARDS

<-------OO------> (wrong way) OUTWARDS

~Keep playin those "records" girls! ~
~Best wishes on a growing journey!~

If you look in the mirror it should not change the dirrection. I am not saying anyone is doing it wrong, I just dont want anyone to rotate outwards because I read it may actually make them smaller. I would not want that to happen to any of you!!
