I ordered 3 bottles Maximum Strength(6month supply) of SBS and I just wanted to share my experience. It only made my boobs a bit firmer, but didn't have growth Even after taking double dose in the first 3 months or so.

I'm a bit in the dark here because if SBS having the four "main' booby herbs, didn't help me a lot, would taking individual herbs do? I only noticed having 'fuller' breasts when I was still on the pill (Diane35). While taking BC pills did help my skin, I noticed that I have falling hairs

Can't wait to get started on my program

Perhaps SBS doesn't have enough amount of the herbs to change anything?

Thanks for responding. Yeah, I'm guessing the same thing that is why I'm planning on taking individual herbs, the wild yam cream, EPO and protein shakes. I swear, this forum is such a big help for those wanting credible information.

You guys are great! Hope to be sharing something of help too.

I was about to go with SBS also. But after reading so much online there are a few other options I want to try first before putting quite that much money into it at once.

I think you should give something another go Its good your still trying new programs. I am too.

I tried bloussant so long ago for like 4 months. nothing happened. (except i felt sick after awhile) and i tried greenbush.net's enhancment blend,massage,and liquid extract. i think that would have worked if i would have stuck with it more faithfully and LONGER. I took their pills for about 5 months. but i didnt follow the program faithfully. I may try theirs again but incombination with some other things. like wild yam, better massage with heat, slightly higher doses of the single herbs this time. (there blend did make my period much better i have to say. and i felt kind of better in general)

dont forget to eat TONS of veggies and fruit. and exercise keep us updated on your plans if possible GOOD LUCK!

Did you do any research before at all? All commercial products contain herbs that are generally used for NBE, but the majority of them don't work. There's a lot more to NBE than swallowing a few pills a day. You have to learn it and this forum is the right place, start at the main page, the newbies forum, personal programs etc.

Actually, I didn't know that there are booby friendly foods until coming across this forum. The only reserach I did was to look up the 'medical' use of each herbs. I have guessed that massage could help but wasn't too sure until I read one of the articles posted here.

I would absolutely keep you guys posted in any progress

Eeeek! SBS is expensive.

It did work for me though. I got results.

Small Breast Solutions does not have a great reputation. In any event it only contains 4 herbs, so if you want those 4 herbs you can easily get them yourself (and it will be a lot less cost than buying SBS).
