i was wondering if you have to incorporate tea in order to get results with eves program? i hate the taste of tea but im wantin to do her program. i believe she drank three diff teas a day. i dont know if i would realistically stick to that. is there anything i could do as a substitute? like up some of the dosages or something? thanks

The "teas" in Eve's program don't actually contain tea, so it doesn't matter if you don't like the taste of tea, if you see what I mean. The teas Eve took were "teas" but they didn't have any tea in them.

If you read her program very carefully you'll see the proper ingredients for the teas, I think it was just 2g of dried herb (she had a different one on different days but they're all listed) and then stuff to cover the taste - maybe you could put a lot of lemon juice or get some strong flavoured herb teabags or something as most of the dry herbs she took are pretty rank! Spearmint tea is supposed to help NBE by lowering testosterone and is actually quite nice (I hate tea), just don't start experimenting with red clover (Eve didn't use this but it seemed like a good idea) - you get a scary looking black witch's brew! I did actually drink the red clover tea and that was the end of my tea attempts - yuck! A lot of people say fennel tea is nice, I think that was one of the ones Eve had and I don't know if it'd matter if you just stuck to one if that would encourage you to actually drink it regularly, hops is pretty nasty if I remember.

A while back someone else asked the same questions about the tea in Eve's program. I only drink the tea once a day instead of having it 3x a day. I mix the fennel, hops and barley together then I add some spearmint and licorice to mask the taste. Hope that helps.

I had maitake mushroom tea once which was easily the most disgusting brew I have ever tasted or even smelled. It really stank the whole house out.
As for Eve's teas, even if the hops is suspect, I would guess that the barley and fennel were very pleasant beverages. I would happily try barley and fennel teas.
