Perfect C - I've bought them now what shall i do!

Hi there,
I've just come across this forum and I really wish I did when I first started researching what pills to buy!
Just over a month ago I bough 6 months worth of Perfect C pills. As you can imagine I spent alot of money on these pills as I was suckered in by the professional looking website and celebrities that have apparently used the product.
I've been using these pills for just over a month now. I havent noticed any change in my boobs really. I bought them as I wanted to help firm up my boobs as since I lost weight they feel empty.
After going through the forum i've just read bad things about Perfect C. As I can not get a refund anymore does anyone have any advise on how I can increase the chance of these working? I take 3 pills a day and each pill has 617Mg of fenugreek extract in it as well as a number of other herbs. Should I take more pills a day? If so how many would you recomend?
Any advise would be great. I am very disapointed with the bad reviews on this website and gutted that I spent so much money on something which may not have any benifits.

Unfortunately Perfect C is a cheap product sold at an expensive price. I think you could easily take double the dose.
By the way, are you sure each pill contains 617mg of fenugreek? That sounds impossibly high. I thought it was 73mg?

Each capsule contains proprietary blend 191 containing 617mg
fenugreek extract
black cohosh extract
saw palmetto berry powder
fennel seed powder
mexican wild yarn powder
kelp powder
darniana aphrodisia powder
dong quai powder
mother wort powder
l tyrosine
avena sativa
blessed thistle
hummulas lupulas
and a number of other ingredients.
Maybe i'm getting confused though and it means that when you add all of these herbs together you get 617mg in each capsule?
So you think I should try taking 6 capsules a day?

I'm quite sure that's how it is, because 600-620 mg is a very standard weight for a capsule. Perfect C has a very similar composition as Breast Success, Breast Gain Plus & co and those contain I think 800 mg of FG in a daily dose, so I'd say double the dose.

I was in the same situation. I bought tobustan though and then found this site and saw that there was not much success with it. I decided to double the dose after the first 2 weeks and not feeling any growing pains, but stopped doubling the dose when I started getting chest pains. I researched this site and decided I would continue tobustan as directed on the bottle (since I bought 4 bottles)and would add fenugreek, then borage oil and massage at least once a day. So far since beginning NBE the beginning of March I have gained 1 inch. I'm also taking Vitamin E, Vitamin C and Multi Vutamin. Just wanted to share my experience, hope it helps.

hey there! just keep in mind that you probably won't notice any changes at all for atleast3 months, thats usually about average. i guess you could takle 6 a day, its best if you space them over your day, lik twi in the morn, two at lunch and two at dinner, that way yoursystem is constantly getting the herbs. you could also add some more herbs and foods like fenugreek, soybeans, grains, ect.
or if ou really wanted to get rid of your pills faster you could tripple the dose, three pills at each meal. there doesn't seem to be alot of mg for each herb so if you take higher doses of the pill you may see a difference.
remember not to consume too much caffiene and juck food if you can help it. Good Luck!

Thanks for everyones messages and advice! I think i'll start taking 6 tablets a day. I will let you all know what the outcome is! Hopefully there will be at least some improvement! :o)
Just out of interest which breast enlargement pills do people recomend? Is there any which have had a good success rate?

greenbush has really good sucess rates, some people have had sucess with W.up. most girls just make their own program. its cheaper too. if you go to www.mountainroseherbs.com you can get GREAT prices for lots of herbs, most of the descriptions don't say anything about breast growth or lactation or anything, but this forum is proof that they work.
most the stuff on their site is between $5.00 and $8.00/lb for most organic herb powders. which is WAY cheaper than buying it at a store. and they have good encapsulation devices for like 13.00. and their capsules are all natural and are more easliy absorbed by the body. its like $23.00 for 1000 capsules. of course you'd want to get 00 size capsules because you can get more in them.
if you go that route you can add any herbs you want, and its cheaper in the long run. so lets say you take 10 capsules a day of 5 different herbs,(which is alot of capsules) 1000 caps would last you over 3 months, versuse buying them at a store for 11 bucks a piece which would run you more than $170/3 months, where making them at home would cost about $70/3 months, not including the encapsulator, which is a one time price. so doing it yourself is way more effective and cheaper.
okay, i'm sorry if i'm pushing this too far,lol.

Mountainroseherbs probably isn't much use if she's in the UK, as the shipping cost of bulk herbs would surely be too high. Still it's an interesting option for those in the US.

I think more people from this forum used WU than Greenbush. It's very popular arround here and it has quite a decent success rate.

I've decided that I'm going to buy some fenugreek capsules to take alongside my double dose of perfect c. I've found fenugreek capsules on holland and barrets website but it doesn't seem to tell me how many mgs is in each capsule. Does anyone no how many mgs are in these capsules or if not any other good websites that sell fenugreek?
I was also think of buying the wonderup cream as this sounds pretty good?
I just want to say how brilliant this website is! I really am feeling positive now about my NBE!

really moon? i wasn't sure if it actually worked. how many ladies on here have actually seen permanent growth with it. there's been so many threads about it but none than have actually told who has and hasn't seen growth with it.

I'm pretty sure the fenugreek from Holland & Barrett is 610mg. I got my fenugreek from Vortex Health which is the same 610mg, so I think that maybe it's a standard size for fenugreek.

May - I remember countless cases of growth from WU. From the top of my head - Cheryl, Amber, Helen, Epiphany, Faerycat, (all of whom have pictures up), Candy, Panthera, Egg, Wild Flower, Louise (tho she said Brava is probably what was working for her), Nell Gwynne, Sickogirl, Laura (the one that said it took her 10 months to start seeing a difference, but did grow eventually). I often heard reports from WU that the growth is steady, which usually means real growth. I remember two that didn't have success with WU - Cutevelvet and Alcest. Also there's a poll on WU in the polls section, I think the result is 16:4 (worked : didn't work), which is pretty good imo. Tho from the feedback we hear, it seems even a bit higher I think. I haven't heard a negative report in a long time.

I unfortunately fell for the Perfect C website. I bought 6 months (and gave up after 5 I think). I then tried Wonderup (pills and cream) for about 9 months with no growth. I finally tried my own combination of herbs and began to see some growth, but developed really bad acne and put on 4 inches around my waist. One year on (i have taken no pills in the last year) I have lost all of my breat growth, regained clear skin, but annoyingly still have 3 of the belly inches regardless on the various detoxes, liver cleanses and exessive exersie I do on a regular basis.
I would suggest that now you have perfect C, give it a go but use a higher than suggested dosage, then if the doesn't work, look into producing your own program, ramping up levels to suit your body. there is so much info here. I seem to remender spending about a week just searching through posts until I found the combination I wanted to try but I have very little faith in pre-made formulations.

Thanks for the info Katie. When you put together your own program what did you use? I have spent hours going through the messages on this website but there are so many different suggestions I dont no which ones to try first! I have started doubling the dose of perfect c that i take and I was thinking of taking an extra suppliment of fenugreek too. I've also ordered some of the wonderup cream to use so i'm hoping that may help things along. Since I started using Pefect C a month and half ago I havent put on any weight and my skin is the same as before so there doesnt seem to be anything in that which disagrees with me.

Don't despair. Perfect C may turn out to work okay for you. The important thing is to find the dosage that works.

Just throught i'd give an update on how i'm getting on.
I started taking perfect c around a month and half ago taking the recomended doses. I hadn't measured myself before I started taking it which was a bit silly of me so I'm not sure how much I grew in the first month. I didnt really notice anything happening though so I dont think i grew during this time. A week ago I started taking double the recomended dose of Perfect C and I also took my boob measurements. I also started using WU cream a couple of days ago.
My boobs have been very sore for the last 2 days, they are tiggly, feel very tender and swollen. I decided to take my measurements down again and I have gained half an inch. I will keep taking weekly measurements to track my progress.
Also just to let you know I take a multivitamin suppliment, vit E and D suppliment and zinc suppliment. But I have taken these for years.

I've decided that I'm going to buy some fenugreek capsules to take alongside my double dose of perfect c.
