Boobie batter

Hi everyone,

I want to start making up a boobie batter but am not sure what to add as a 'starter' batter. I have tones of lotions and body oils etc and thought I'd use 2 oz of one of those. What shall I add to it and how much??

Breaking open a capsule or two of Starflower or Evening primrose oil can be good, you can also add some ground Fennel or Fenugreek, the Fenugreek really stinks so I would stick with the Fennel. I just bought Fennel seeds for tea and ground about 1/2 a teaspoon of that and added it to some Baby oil.
Some say to add Ylang Ylang can help as well, it doesn't really matter I think as long as it is an ingredient that helps for breast enlargement.

This is what I will be adding to mine:
Just 1 full dropper of Fenugreek oil.

Like I said though, you can add an actual capsule of it, you can use fennel,wild yam, several different things by them selves, or a bunch of different things all together.

Some people even add aromatherapy oils like geranium, or something else.

Thanks ladies. I have some starflower capsules (500mg) .. I suppose the would do. Is ground fenugreek as smelly as the oil in the capsules??? Does Fennel smell less? I live with my parents and don't want them on the scent (excuse the pun) :-)

I've never been able to find the Fenugreek extract, but what I do is open up a capsule of the powder and mix it with a couple tablespoons of boiling water. I stir it until it dissolves, and then once it cools to a paste I mix it with some body lotion. I find doing it this way rather than just mixing the powder gets rid of some gritty bits and it's a lot smoother. I find it doesn't smell that bad at all.

I dont know if the oil smells less or not, I havent bought mine yet.
I would think starflower would work, some other people use it here I think.

Janie, the Fenugreek does smell quite strongly, the Fennel doesn't so you can always combine that with the Starflower oil if you want.

I have some but even that came in POWDERED form,I guess not all extracts come in "gelcap" like the SP,I was assuming thats what u meant TT in ur post?? Janie: great idea on using GLA oil caps,I use EPO and I DEFINATLY think its helped my growth and theres NO grit,mess,mixing or strong odor!

Hi, I notice that over and over again you recomend gla oil or the evening primrose oil.

I was wodering, do you buy it in the gel cap and then pop it open and squeeze the actual oil into your lotion?

And also do you just put the epo into the boobie batter, or do you add other things too?

Also, what does gla stang for? And how does it fit into the whole NBE?

Hi SS,yes I just pop a softgel open for a topical,I do NOT mix it with lotion or dilute it in ANY way.GLA stands for Gamma Lineic Acid (hope I spelled right) and u should read the thread "why Evening primrose oil" and "Starflower oil" for a bit more GLA feedback.:-)

Ladies,

You can get extracts of fenugreek, fennel, wild yam, saw palmetto, and red clover (but the red clover has soy isoflavones in it) at www.greenbush.com.
