Your boobs are already bigger

Doesn't mean I can't still grow them.
I have rather broad shoulders and ribs which leads to my boobs looking normal sized in proportion to the rest of me. I want them to look big. have people thinking "wow she has big boobs" xD
A friend actually said to me when she saw my bra the other day "I didn't realise they were so big, they look normal for your body."
