i know i'm going a little crazy with all the yin yang stuff but i really think its very important with breast growth and overall health. so i hope you don't mind!
just a note, many asians believe that too much yang will cause acne, so don't go over board with it.
found some sites on yin-yang foods.
http://www.thetasteofasia.com/yin_yang.asp
this is the same site but these are recipesthat are balanced
http://www.thetasteofasia.com/yinyang_recipes.asp
this is a chart of yin and yang foods, tastes and cooking methods
http://www.thetasteofasia.com/yinyang_food.asp
this site has a test to determine if you are primaraily, yin, yang or balanced.(i'm balanced, whoo hoo!)

Do not get paranoid by "yin & yang" foods list. No need unless you are on Chinese doctor's herb tonic and being told to do so.
Soy is "cold" type, but boobie friendly,
leek is "warm" type, but boobie nono.

=============================================================
I am not sure if I explain it right, but will try. So, just do whatever you can for foods and massages, hope you will grow!!
Here I'd like to mention, don't worry about the "yin, yang" foods type, just boobie foods will do. Because soy is "cold type", but it's boobie friendly. Leeks are "yang" type, it's not boobie friendly. So, I recommend soy milk (you can add some ginger powder to balance it), but prefer hot soy milk or room tempeture is better. Same as sea foods. (yin type, but boobie friendly, better cook with "warm" spices, such as ginger, onion, garlic..)
Women are "yin", men are "yang",some organs in our bodies are "yang", some organs are "yin". So we are not trying to turn women into "yang", soy can "enhance, enrich" the "yin" (appearence, boobies, smooth skins...) for women, so we eat it. And wombs, stomachs need "yang" to work better, healthier.
It's just a general idea, it still veries by person. Such as where you live (sunlight), what you do (activties), "body type" (such as "hot"-maybe shows as acnes, temper, "cold"-cold hands and feet? cramps?...) Only a Chinese herb doctor can really tell you what not to eat.
So, NO NEED to get paranoid about foods, if you eat a little "cold" food, it's not gonna hurt, but consume a lot or all the time may have slow down your NBE.
I know i don't even explain it right, just want you to know that food + massage method is one of many good NBE methods you can try with no extra cost (coz we have to eat)and it's safe for sure (unless you are allergic to some foods).
Hope this helps. :-)
P.S. As the Chinese medicine theory above, that's why cold drinks and "cold type" foods are strongly suggested to avoid during periods (of course if you cook the cold type foods with "warm" spicies will balance it). Coldness--stagnate, it may cause you cramps, not able to rid of the blood totaly, then it may cause blockages, weak wombs.

In my own experience (also in the TW boobie forum where I learned this "food + massage method from), seafoods, especially clams, oysters, shrimps, crabs (all above cooked, best hot spicies, such as ginger, garlic, onion...or even cheese) are very boobie helpful!!!!

some more tip
May 24 2008, 9:43 AM
I read it some where that says gelatin/collagen works better with V-C and calcium (please correct if wrong).
Anyhow, lots people in TW/China like to add a bit vinegar when they are making home-made chicken/prok (with bone) broth, because vinegar helps the bone (for the broth) to "reliese" calcium from the bone into the broth. Just something we learned from grandmas. So I always add some vinergar when I am making my chicken feet broth.

Nobody ever told me how much, it's always "some". I just use maybe a couple of tbsp.
P.S. I don't know if it matters, but I only use natural vinegar, not "mad-made".

soy is one of the best boobie foods, not only will it help with your breast growth, but it fights off cancer and for those who are younger, if they start consumming lots of soy in thier twenties and thirties, it will lessen the effects, pain, discomfort, hotflashes ect from menopause, thats why most asians don't suffer as much when thiers hits.
soy beans are the richest source out of soy products because it is the actual bean, the actual source, but soy milk is also really good. i reccomend making your own soy milk, i've posted the recipe in the foods and drinks section.
