How can i open my pores!

anyone know any ideas or things i can do to open up my pores so that i can get the best results possible with NBE?

well i would think if they were clogged....the cocoa butter or anything else you put on them wouldn't absorb

Taking a shower or bath would open up your pores or you could apply a hot wet cloth.

I had bought a bottle of cream awhile back and it is higly recommended to apply the cream after showering when your pore are open up. It's supposed to be more effective cuz your skin would absorb the cream better.

if you use heating pad before and after massages you can open yours pores and get maximum absorption from whatever batter or cream yo are using. 5 min before and 15 after on low heat was what i have heard recommended. good luck!

Wow, that's a great suggestion. It makes sense to heat the breasts before massage. Funny, I've never read that suggestion.

Using heat has been all over the forum...it's actually a great way to get the most out of your massages Try it sometime, I always get a lot of swelling the day after I use heart with my massage...
