Even if you have to maintain results they could still be described as permanent. It's a matter of definition.

Yes and No. Some methods are permanent, while others are temporary (basically you have to do them for the rest of your life to maintain your wanted size). It just depends on what method you choose.

Can you tell us more about what programs are permanent? I want to know because while i was on WU my boobs were more firm, and now it all went away. What programs are permanent?

I think the most popular opption, herbs + massage is permanent when done correctly, that is over long period of time and with a maintainance for some time after reaching your goal - not going of the routine suddenly. The results which usually go away are those that were achieved fast and when a sudden shock to the body occured, which stopping a routine suddenly after not being on it for a long time can be. Just like disease is a shock to the organismand can make the results disappear. But don't get me wrong, a routine must contains brakes to cleanse your liver and prevent possible herb tolerance, but the results must be achieved over time.

Generally, the majority of women who use herbs in their routine maintain permanent growth. Grandular therapy (Bovine Ovary) also appears to be one of the more permanent methods. The Grow Yours program involving only massage is not permanent, and the Brava Bra is only semi-permanent. By that term I mean that some women gain size and keep it, other women gain no size, and some women do gain size, but then lose it in the coming months when they stop using the Bra. It's rather on-the-fence, so to speak, and a person could go either way.
Remember that each method varies from person to person, so in the end, it is up to each individual to find his or her routine, adjust it accordingly, and go with what she or he feels is best for the body.
