Almond oil for massaging?

Hi there,
I have just start my routine (I started a few days ago) and I have a lot of questions. One of them is regarding to massaging: I don“t know what to use for start doing it. At the beginning I thought not to massage my boobs, but then I changed my mind since most of you do it everyday and with good results. So, do you think that almold oil is good for massaging my breast? or... Do you recommend me something else?
Thanks a lot and thank you for your help!

It's probably fine. I doubt the oil makes much of a difference as long as it's safe for the skin. Vitamin E oil is good. Half the time I just use conditioner in the shower.

Hi Aprl,
and do you think that I must use it alone? Just almond oil? It will be effective?

If your looking to get herbals externally then it would be better to use olive oil or grape seed oil and add fennel/fenugreek extracts (or other types of herbals) and then use some heat afterwards. But if you just want to massage then any type of oil is fine.

Hi and thanks for your answers.
I'm taking herbs and, also, I would like to add some massages to my routine. Are you telling me that with just almond oil the massage will be enough?
(Sorry, I'm not an English speaker hehe).

Almond oil is an excellent choice for massage. I don't massage anymore but I put some on before I use my breast pump and it works just fine.

Yeah, if the point is just to get the massage in, it really doesn't matter if it's almond or another kind of oil. And it doesn't matter if you use almond oil alone or use something else, too.
