what are the best massage oils?

I just want to get an idea of what people are using. which ones are known to actually aid in growth, along with massage itself? thanks.

I think it can be any oil that is taken internally. Borage oil, EPO and flax seed oil contain the best ratio of omega-3,6,9 fatty acids, and they may also contain some hormonally active stuff, but olive oil is said to have particullary good effect on the skin. So if you are already taking some oils orally, I'd sugegst olive oil.

thanks moon. I am taking things orally, but in low doses. I only take EPO (1,000 MG) a week and will soon be taking green papaya powdwer and some teas. I mostly do massage and heat, so I think using borage could be a good match.

Olive oil is great, but I don't think it has any growth benfit. I've also used jojoba oil and emu oil which are both pretty good too.
