Hi everyone,
I've been gathering information about boobie-friendly and boobie-unfriendly foods from various places on this forum.
I'll list what I've read so far for comments/corrections/discussion, then ask about foods I eat to see if they are okay or not. I invite people to add to the list to create something very comprehensive.
Boobie Friendly:
seafood (shrimp, clams, oysters, fish w/skin are said to be best)
seaweed

Here is just my humble opinion, hope it helps.
Boobie unfriendly foods:
Chinese date (jujube)
* Dried ones are okay, actually very helpful for boobie growth (see food and drinks page)
Foods I wonder about:
free range/organic/hormone free turkey
free range/hormone free lamb
* I would think they are boobie friendly, organic is even better, healthier
turnips (I tend to eat them raw sometimes)
* It's cold type
raspberries
* okay
red wine
* good
rice (it's listed as anti-estrogenic on some sites)
* No idea, but I eat a lot of rice, so are the girls in Taiwan where the boobie food+massage method came from, and lots of girls have good results.
almonds
hazelnuts
sesame oil
canned water chestnuts
sweet potatoes
* good

Thank you! So, it's only raw turnips that aren't good from my list? If they're cooked, is that okay?
What about raw vegetables in general?
Raw cucumber?
Mango?

excellent thread, pop the info in gen ref pages under boobie foods list, great for future reference-
Well i used to be quite unsure about boobie foods, but hey most of the good foods listed are what i eat any way, and its great red wine is a good boobie food, more vino 4 me
Another question, if any of the bad foods, lets say orange, was warmed up does it turn into a good boobie food? or does it remain a "cold" bad boobie food
Thanks again for the info GD

Hi, lillea, don't get paranoid about the food list, and it's not so much about the "yin yang" food type, for example, soy is pretty cold type for sure, but it's very boobie helpful. and I was only about 80% stick to the food list, I still drank when I went out, and cheated on the food list every now and then, I had pretty good growth.
Generally, most of raw veggies are cool I would think, such as lettece, but it's on the boobie food list. and I consume salad all the time, I had my growth and still got to keep it til now even if I had been off NBE over 3 month (but I do eat the feet soup and massage every now and then for maintenance).
And if you take herbs maybe you don't need to worried too much about unfriendly foods, cause where I learned the food+massage method, the girls in those forums (Taiwan sites) were mainly focus on pressure points, massage and foods, no pills or any specially creams.
But again, if you just eat a little so-called unfriendly foods every now and then, I don't think it would hurt, either.
hope this helps. :-)

Thank you fengshui!
I am using PM topically so maybe it doesn't matter quite so much. However, I do find that when I'm on a low carb diet (mostly meat and vegetables and berries) I feel better and my boobs seem to have more growing pains.
