Starting Latavi Today

so today i finally got my latavi. there is a cream to use twice daily and 2 pills to take after dinner. im going to take my starting pictures today and then ill take them once a week on tuesdays. or, should i take them every other week? or once a month? im not sure.

the ingredients in the pills are:
wild yam
chamomile
ginsing
black cohosh

the ingredients in the cream are:
water
wild yam
chamomile
burdock
black cohosh
ginseng
and then some other things i dont think matter

ps- im going to keep my pictures on my computer, but if i get results ill post them here.

I wish you better luck then what I had. My breast got really after the 1st week hard almost like a ball inside of them then they went down to nothing?

I got my latavi couple of days ago and i called the customer service about the pills that came with the cream. They told me that I didn't have to take the pills and that the cream does all the work, so but now i'm confused. Are we supposed to take them or not? Please let me know. Thanks

I used latavi in the past and I had the feeling then that the gel was doing all the work, so it wouldn't surprise me if they're saying that.

I see the formula has been changed and burdock root as been added since I used it.
