Fenugreek/NBE and moodiness??

Hey everyone,
I've been on NBE for nearly two months, using Full potential pills and started consistently adding fenugreek (about 1 tsn) plus 1 cup of soymilk at night before bed. Having recently gone off birth control, I'm sure my hormones were messed from that but I've noticed this past weekend in particular, increased moodiness, sensitivity, ability to cry over silly things. Is this normal with NBE? I thought with higher levels of estrogen I would be Okay since PMS usually happens with the rise of progesterone and decrease of estrogen, right?
I've read a few places some people think its the fenugreek. Do many of you find this to be true? Perhaps I should just use soymilk and add fennel tea to my routine. Any feedback would be appreciated!

PMS symptoms increase in situation where there is excess estrogen, not progesterone. Yes, the PMS timing is during the luteal phase when progesterone is predominant, but the symptoms are from the lack of balance between progesterone and estrogen (ie, too much estrogen and not enough progesterone to balance it).
I noticed an increase of estrogen dominance symptoms when I was taking fenugreek. It also seemed to lower my blood sugar and left me feeling very tired and even slightly feverish. It could very well be the culprit in what you are feeling.
Some women get very strong symptoms from very little amounts of fenugreek. In these cases it would be advisable to either reduce the fenugreek - or better yet, stop it entirely.

Thanks for the advice. I think I'll stop adding the extra 1 tsn of fenugreek and just stay with the full potential pills and soy milk. Maybe doing the fennel tea once a day would be okay as well. We'll see..

I've felt tired since I've been on fenugreek, but not moody. It might be lowering my blood sugar, which would explain the tiredness I think. But my mood is probably better than ever, and I'm feeling very positive in general, so no problem there.
