Hi Grace.
I believe you would want to use a product with the most amount of Aloa Vera in it. If you want to use your plant. There was a page that talked about do it yourself harvest and use. I didn't keep the link so you will have to google it.
Good luck with your program. Let me know what you find out and decide to use. I am interested in the answer but my time has become short.
