I tried coconut oil again yesterday with less amount (1/2 teaspoon) and it does not upset my stomach that much anymore. my temperature raise to 97.2 (even 98.4 right after intake). They effect last for several hours.
And yesterday, i performed an iodine patch test at home. The yellow colour disspears in 5 hours or less. It indicates im iodine deficient. However, so say the test is not reliable and i do not fit some symptoms of hypothyroidismrid i.e. i dont gain weight. So i worder if i shoukd take the kelp supplement.
You know Iv done that iodine patch test too and it says until it disapered after 24 hours that's when your considered ok with iodine. 5 hours sounds like you need more, but in saying that mines around 10 hours so I likely need more too.
Maybe get a thyroid panel done first before deciding to intake kelp?
