Hi all
I have tried sending all the mp3's again, I had mucho problemos.
I am now using gmail which may help. let me know if you didnt get them, as there were 2 files 8mb and 12.8mb.
I know no-one got my first attempt wwhere they were a combined 21mb
also as my answers to questions were attached to that I thought I would
post the answers on here toaday, I will take as much time as it needs
as I am so sorry for anyone who was dissapointed

First of lets look at what you need to do.
If you have never been hypnotised or used a hypnosis cd
then i suggest you use the progressive induction mp3 first
once or twice should be enough.
The second mp3 is the actual nbe one.
this takes around 18 minutes so allow around 25 minutes
including being comfortable. I think it is best to use a comfy
chair.
It is preferable to listen to this everyday, but I would say
3 times a week would be a minimum, obviously any guided
visualisation works better the more you use it.
The time frame I generally work on is 12 weeks and we have seen
an average of about 1 to 1.5 cup sizes
although I have seen a girl go from aa to c in 16 weeks.
If for some reason it does not work for you initially
I will be here for additional help, there may be other
blocks we need to work on.. obviously if We do additional 1 on 1
cd's it will invalidate you from the research, but I really want
to help you all. I will do this at no cost to you.
My aim from this is to help everyone of you in some way
for volunteering. If you want to know anything else
about hypnosis just ask, any questions I answer on nbe
I will post on here, if they are about smoking or sleep
problems or whatever I will just use email.

Lol My first exposure was also a stage hypnotist, my cousin was hypnotised
and when he came off stage every time they put on the song "I'm in the
mood for love" he would try to kiss me .. he was so embarrassed afterward.
Don't worry there is nothing like that on this mp3, it is about
relaxation and visualised imagery.

I would recommend 25 minutes a day, but if evry second day is all you can do then that will work, just not as quickly.
Hypnosis will in no way hinder or obstruct your other nbe endeavours
One of the reasons I am doing this is to see how well they work together.
I am sort of hoping the whole is greater than the sum of the parts, or that they work together synergistically

I would sooner rather than later, so there can be no inference
that the results are fudged
but after the debacle with my email, send them after you have

Just remember everyone has different and individual needs and
requirements. For goodness sake dont blame yourself if you have
had problems with hypnosis. Rather question the skill of the
therapist (even if it is me lol)
An integral part of hypnosis is relaxation, if you have trouble
relaxing then maybe we need to address that first.
I firmly believe that any hypnosis should be
POSITIVE UPLIFTING AND MOTIVATING

I have never been involved in a study like this though, where basically everyone is left to there own devices with little personal contact.
as for your photo.. I absolutely respect your wishes to not

great question, short answer is no.
It is best to sit up so as to make falling asleep less likely
the best way i can describe the hypnotic state is where
your conscious mind is asleep but the subconscious is awake
Have you had the experience where when you are waking up in the
morning you know you are not awake but you are aware of whats
going on around you, maybe you can hear the birds or traffic
or even someone in the shower. This is very similar to the
hypnotic state

wow how did you do it from a book? thats like eating through

I would recommend being over 18 for this
so you would be fine
Also bear in mind that your body may continue to develop subtly
as you grow into womanhood.
This may be a good opportunity to discuss self esteem issues
I know it is hard in this day and age but dont allow
your self worth to be equated to your looks or body
or even your interpretation of these.
If anyone on here has that issue then maybe I should also do up
a self esteem mp3 (free) as I believe this is an issue
which is incredibly important
Remember Your body is not who you are
BTW I am perfectly happy with my B cup, but I wasnt always
as my little sister was a D by the time she was 14.
I was 17 and was 5 inches shorter and she could get into
pubs and I would get asked for ID lol
I realise there are people who will say you are lucky to
be a B, it's just my example, Like I said before

Hi
I did a 3 year diploma in psychology at Mitchell CAE
1983-85, then worked in various jobs including a lot of travel
in the early nineties I worked as a counsellor, but was
very frustrated that I didnt seem to make a difference to
a lot of peoples lives. In 1996 I did a diploma of clinical hynotherapy
at the NSW school of hypnotherapy, then worked with a practising
hypnotherapist for almost 12 months.
I worked as a sports psychologist for 3 years at the local university
in my town part time while setting up my own practice.

Hi Margi,
I work in Technical Support and I just had a thought about your email problems and some of the girls not receiving your mp3's. Often times when you send a bulk email with multiple addresses on it to hotmail or rogers etc, it will be seen by the system as possible spam and be immediately sent to the Junk Mail Folder. However, there is a super easy fix for this. When someone contacts you and wants to participate, have them add your email address to their address book. This ensures you are a trusted sender and your correspondance will be delivered directly to their Inboxes.
Here are the very simple instructions you can provide to people.
Click on the 'Address Book' in your email client
Click on 'Add Contact'
Enter the email address (margi's email)
Click 'Save'
I hope this helps.

weeeiiirrrddd... ive never thought id try hypnosis but i thought "eh, why not?" since nothing else seams to be working. anyway, i just downloaded those and gave it a try. it actually was doing what it was supposed to! im so relaxed right now im having trouble typing lol! and my boobies felt all tingly while i was listening too. cool. ill keep listening to it and keep you updated on whether or not its working for me. thanks for the DL link!

Hello Margi,
I would like to also participate in the hypnosis breast enhancement program. Please tell me what to do in order to participate. I have tried hypnosis before but then for some reason, I do not see any results. It's weird though. Everytime when I listen to a particular part of the hypnosis, I tend to fall asleep. Do you know why this had happened? I often lie down in a comfortable position on my bed. Do you think that's the reason why I tend to fall asleep easily? About how long will I see results. I am 19 years old and have a bust size of 32A. I want to increase my bust to a 34B. Please help me.
I've tried to download the file, but it has been expired. Can you please re-send it again? Thanks for your help.

Hi
I did a 3 year diploma in psychology at Mitchell CAE
1983-85, then worked in various jobs including a lot of travel
in the early nineties I worked as a counsellor, but was
very frustrated that I didnt seem to make a difference to
a lot of peoples lives. In 1996 I did a diploma of clinical hynotherapy
at the NSW school of hypnotherapy, then worked with a practising
hypnotherapist for almost 12 months.
I worked as a sports psychologist for 3 years at the local university
in my town part time while setting up my own practice.

Hi Margi,
I work in Technical Support and I just had a thought about your email problems and some of the girls not receiving your mp3's. Often times when you send a bulk email with multiple addresses on it to hotmail or rogers etc, it will be seen by the system as possible spam and be immediately sent to the Junk Mail Folder. However, there is a super easy fix for this. When someone contacts you and wants to participate, have them add your email address to their address book. This ensures you are a trusted sender and your correspondance will be delivered directly to their Inboxes.
Here are the very simple instructions you can provide to people.
Click on the 'Address Book' in your email client
Click on 'Add Contact'
Enter the email address (margi's email)
Click 'Save'
I hope this helps.

Hey in my book you're cooler then the rest of the people that have tried coming in here "claiming" something and not letting you know what it was without you "signing up" with them :/

Please advise if I can be part of this trial. I can do the hypnosis every night after work. I have never been hypnotised before so not sure if it will work but i am desperate for bigger boobs so will give it a try if i can.

weeeiiirrrddd... ive never thought id try hypnosis but i thought "eh, why not?" since nothing else seams to be working. anyway, i just downloaded those and gave it a try. it actually was doing what it was supposed to! im so relaxed right now im having trouble typing lol! and my boobies felt all tingly while i was listening too. cool. ill keep listening to it and keep you updated on whether or not its working for me. thanks for the DL link!

Quick question for Margi;
Can I listen to it too much? I think I can manage to listen to it pretty much every night...but I don't want my brain to like...switch off because the hypnosis isn't engaging anymore...if you know what I mean.

Hypnosis Breast Enhancement Program

Hello Margi,
I would like to also participate in the hypnosis breast enhancement program. Please tell me what to do in order to participate. I have tried hypnosis before but then for some reason, I do not see any results. It's weird though. Everytime when I listen to a particular part of the hypnosis, I tend to fall asleep. Do you know why this had happened? I often lie down in a comfortable position on my bed. Do you think that's the reason why I tend to fall asleep easily? About how long will I see results. I am 19 years old and have a bust size of 32A. I want to increase my bust to a 34B. Please help me.
