Is anyone following the NBA method as described in the ebook?

Just wondered if anyone felt they had the time to follow the method as described every day for 3 months?

Trying really hard!

I'm trying really hard to follow the NBA method (just magnets) exactly as described. So far, it's only my 3rd day trying it, but I can already tell that this is not going to work once I am off break. I have also been doing the pectoral exercises and the proper hydration protocol, which isn't actually so bad, but that might be because I drink a lot of water anyway. I don't know if adding the salt has actually elevated my energy levels as it says it should in the book, but I was definitely more energetic than usual in the late evening yesterday. All I need to do now is start a power-walking regimen... I am not a workout person, so we'll see how long that lasts once it begins.

Has anyone successfully made the tinctures and is using them with the magnets? Ignore this if it's been asked before... I'm just curious.

I made the tincture but with my own herbs as I don't agree with the ones he used - e.g. we've pretty much realised that Wild Yam does not give us progesterone and there are better estrogenics.

The other ingredients are difficult to get hold of and expensive but I did manage to follow pretty actually and it wasn't much of a tincture (more like a cow pat!). I used it religiously morning and evening while using Brava overnight and magnets all day at work for a few weeks but after a while the DMSO made my skin peel so I gave up on it. I do intend to try the tincture again but more to my own recipe and I know I'll never have time to follow the NBA program properly while I'm at work. Also his theory that DMSO used with Brava would give 2-3 cup increase in 10 weeks didn't look like it was happening, I think Brava's doing a good job but didn't really think the tincture added anything other than a strange smell about me!

I'm planning to mostly stick to the magnetism part and I'll do herbs my way.

I'll repeat here one question I made in another thread, sth I don't get - according to the book, you get relatively little time of wearing magnets a day, you're not supoosed to wear them all day, right? How come some have decided to wear the magnets all day/night?

Mainly for convenience and / or to make up for not doing the massages 10x daily. The reason I originally didn't try NBA is that I can't put things in and out of my bra and spend time massaging for 3 sessions at work. I think when I'm done with the suction methods (I've timed this to be over summer when it would be uncomfortable to sleep with domes on anyway) I'll massage in bed in the morning, put the electronic pink massager in my bra in the morning so I can do 2-3 15 minute sessions throughout the day, then massage properly when I get in and again before bed (as you can tell I don't get out much!)
