I only take 2000mg of the tyrosine cause that's what bb suggested to take. don't really know either if that's too much myself. Cause I know a lady that I keep in touch with about bb, who's grown very well so far and she only takes 500mg of the tyrosine and evidently it's not too little of an amount for her, cause so far she's grown like 3.25 inches in like almost 5 months. Or at least the last time I talked to her, that's how much she had grown.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help...maybe try a low dosage first and see if that makes a difference?? then, you could always add more. I do know that with the sheet I got in the past from bb, it stated that it could take 1-2 months for the tyrosine to bring the temp up. I remember it took mine a few weeks to go up and stay at about 98.2.

Good luck to you...breast wishes everyone!!

Hi Emmie,

Is your body temp 97.7 just before your take the pills or first thing in the morning? I've been taking L-Tyrosine also because when I first started BB my temp was as low as 97.4 first thing in the morning. I've taken as much as 3000 mg of L-T without any ill effects. My temp has come up now but it still fluctuates depends on where I am in my cycle. If it's at least 98 first thing in the morning, your body temp will come up more as you get out of bed and move around. I'd only be concerned about body temp if it's still low by the time you take your pills.

happy growing

I'm like you and have added dong quai for circulation issues and it's made my painful periods go away, I also have low blood pressure and take l-tyrosine which is already in my shake I take before bed (All max quick mass).

Can L-T be taken on its own for NBE?

Or is it just something to take along with all the other boobie herbs?

Thanks

Taking L-tyrosine on it's one will not help. Fenugreek (and perhaps other herbs used in NBE, I don't know) might lower tyroid function, resulting in low body temperature. L-tyrosine and kelp act on enhancing tyroid function
