I tried it, but yuck, I just couldn't get it down. I figured that eating it all seperate, or at least just making potato mash with the soy milk and eating the walnuts seperate should do the same. I just haven't been able to stick to it, I like potato mash, but every day?
I have been drinking the soy milk though and that seems to help some I believe.
No idea about the soy powder.

I'm currently trying to follow the recipe. But I dont use soy milk powder, just soy milk. I haven't been constant with it, maybe ate it 3 times a week. Though I remember when I really wanted to test the recipe out and I didn't have any potatoes I just made a shake with the soy milk and walnuts and added a banana for taste. And I did have some pains the next day. But with that also I wasn't consuming daily. I think I might just do the shake when I'm lazy, because that's the real reason why I'm not consistent.
