My friend at work has always had a very nice pair of boobs, she's at least a C cup and looks great, im really envious actually! Anyway, in the last month she seems to have grown at least a cup size and looks absolutely huge. Obviously this has really peed me off not only because i look tiny next to her but because i have been doing NBE for years and struggled to get an inch growth! Anyway i grilled her to find out what she was doing differently and we came to the conclusion that the only difference is she has been eating loads of tofu, mainly because she knew it was healthy she has also been snacking on brazil nuts. She apparantly has a very active sex life and recons that includes quite a lot of breast massage!!
I just thought i would mention it, i did a search on the forum and could only find one thread on tofu, i was just wondering if anyone else has found it good for nbe? Anyway.., suffice to say im not taking any chances, i went out today and bought a tonne of tofu (dont even know how to cook it yet) and im eating brazil nuts as im typing.

I have no idea if that would help or not. Is tofu high in protein?

but the massage might. I think there might be a strong correlation between sexual activity which includes breast massage with breast growth...
either way I think lots of sex will help

tofu is soy product.

Tofu has soy in it doesn't it? Maybe that is why.

I'm pretty sure that tofu is soy bean curd. So if soy is good for nbe than so will tofu. TigerLily has already mentioned that tofu is good.
