confused about soy

I have heard sooo much contradicting info about soy and NBE. Some of the info I read says it is good for NBE becasue it contains phytoestrogens, and some of the info I read says it is bad for NBE (it has something to do with your thyroid and lowering body tepms). I'm totally confused. Can anyone help??

here is a thread that I cut and pasted from. one sentence says they are GOOD for be. The other says it is BAD for BE. Maybe it's good and bad at the same time?..lol
Soy Isoflavones are a wonderful addition for breast enhancment and general breast health.
Soy Isoflavones - soy can lower thyroid output/production, leading to lowered temps, which is not good for BE.

Hmm just a thought, but what if you ate soy and drank green tea to raise the metabolism, or anything else for that matter. I really don't think the soy is going to lower body temperatures dramatically so anything that raises metabolism would counteract it. Just a hypothesis tho!
I've also heard that spicy foods and grapefruit raise the metabolism along with coffee but thats not so great for NBE.

good idea, but green tea has caffeine which is bad for BE. I've been drinking warm water with lemon juice and cayenne. Cayenne heats your body way up, plus that combo is supposed to detox your body which is very good for BE.

Is it true that Asians eat so much soy and why don't they benefit in breast size?

The common belief that Asians eat a lot of soy is not really true. Americans were the first to start utilising the soy bean in a big way and using it to replace no end of other foods. Americans are the biggest worshippers of the soy bean!
