vitex reduces breast size

According to "Bartram“s Encyclopedia of Herbal Medicine" nettles, vitex agnus castus, poke root and pipsissewa could be used to reduce overlarge breast. I'm aware that many people have included vitex in their routine. If vitex is used for reducing breast size, can it really enhance breast size too?

i've read several posts on here where people say they have shrunk with vitex if i remember correctly. i've never taken it. maybe those who have taken it can help out. maybe try searching the forum with "shrink vitex". because other ladies said it helped them too.

I have never heard of vitex reducing breasts (it did the opposite for me). Nor have I heard this attributed to nettle. Poke root, on the other hand, does not appear to reduce the breasts, but rather reduce lumps and nodes. Maybe Thomas Bartram confused his information.
