Still on my parasite program. Good news is I don't feel as giddy as I was last week.

I have make a purchase of Pharm Nord Omega 7 Sea Buckthorn Oil. I make a purchase for 2 months supply or to be precise 75 days. When the price of Pharm Nord compared to SwansonVitamins I find that it only come around USD2-3 different. Yes Pharm Nord is more expensive but with SwansonVitamins you need to purchase many bottles to equal the 75 days that Pharm Nord supply. I got it from Amazon UK btw.

Well the idea is to have a break on BO and still grow. How do I do that grow with other methods of cause.

I can't wait for this whole parasite cleanse to end and then I will take NOW Liver detoxifier and regenerator until my menstrual starts. Initially I want to do the liver and gall bladder flush but I am postponing it till end of the year.

I have added back Fish Oil, Borage Oil, EPO Oil and Flaxseed Oil to my daily routine. When my next cycle starts it will all be the oil supplement of Fish Oil, Borage Oil, EPO Oil, Flaxseed Oil and SBT Oil. I hope I won't start pooping oil like previous cycle.
