when you say u massage little circles do you mean
1.u actually make little circles the size of a quarter around like tracing or and follow your knuckle to trace around the circle 20 reps or do you ...
2.u press into your breast and rub ur knuckles in place in a circular motion not moving from the spot for 20 reps then move on to the next spot?

The aim of massages is to reach the pressure points, so the massage must press that point as exactly as possible, not to go around the point but to press it as exactly as you can.
