Thanks Andy! The post by Fennel Fairy was very fascinating. I have skimmed through that post you provided by Wahaika in the past: it is really so full of information and I often find myself reviewing it.
I was wondering if you knew why aloe vera gel would be a good "carrier" for the fenugreek extract? Since it is not an oil I was wondering how it is sure to penetrate the skin effectively? (compared to, per say, Avocado oil, which is highly effective according to Fennel Fairy.)
