Yes they work. I can't tell you which will work for you, because everyone's body is different. You just have to experiment and find out.
I've been taking saw palmetto and pm and that works for me- it's been about 2-3 months and I've already gone up a cup size! That being said, NBE doesn't happen quickly. You have to be patient and stick to a routine for results.
