Hi hannah, I only take 200 mg per day and I cycle. Which brand are you using? I tried upping my dose with ainterol 500mg but I suffered unwanted side effects so I think my body is quite sensitive to PM. Sre you using anything else with the PM? Thanks hun
You may find success with taking 200 mg twice daily, at 12 hrs appart. This should help with the side effects. ( what side effects were you getting ? ) I'm not sure 200mg is enough to help your growth, I do not recall anyone ever mentioning that low a dose was working for them.
