Hi there, I am taking PM too, another brand though. Some months I see little progress some months none, and at some times I am able to achieve amazing swelling with it..it doesnt really lasts or shows big noticable permanent results with me. I think it has to do with the right p:e ratio. I thought it should be 1:3(1progesterone:3estrogen).. I am trying to up my dose now, I massage with 600MG daily atm, how much do you take? Im thinking of upping it till 2000mgs max to see if I get better results..
