Hi.
I have been on PM for about 17 weeks, I would say the following are a result of taking PM.
A) My hair has definitely thickened and become softer.
B) My general demeanor has improved and I am far less susceptable to mood swings. They haven't gone away and some things still annoy me but I can identify them now.
C) I'm afraid they have added several inches to my waist measurement.
D) I cannot say the capsules have achieved the reason I am taking them. I do have increased flesh between the tops of my arms and my chest.
I will continue to take them for a while yet as I do get what I believe are called "growing" pains. However, I shall have to reappraise the situation if I don't achieve my goal.
