Interesting article.....perhaps in the future, they can perfect it in humans Smile

It makes you wonder if we can just find somthing to cause the analogue to Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome in a herb !! ( re: turn off our DHT receptors )

That would be an excellent idea...
Can we get a "locking" substance what would do it?
1. Bicalutamide, IIRC, is an antagonist to androgen receptors. But it then releases, leaving the receptor open for future use.
2. DHT and scalp hair follicles give us an example of a hormone that locks on and doesn't release from a receptor. Even Minoxidil is merely a vasodilator, just increases circulation - it doesn't unlock the DHT from the hair follicle.

Do we have any good chemists who could analyze the lock mechanism on the follicle+DHT and make a variant of Bicalutamide that would "lock" to the Androgen receptors, permanently?

Also a question, tied to tucking, relevant here:
I was reading the prolonged tucking reduces T by "killing" the leydig cells and basically ends T production in the testicles.
This is 24/7 for weeks to months, which causes testicular atrophy.

Anyone have long-term, documented changes from tucking alone? Maybe a DHT/T/E/Progesterone split?

Putting all the techniques together would likely make fast and awe-inspiring progress....

I did read one report that indicated that our hair folicals are not dead, but just dormant. But it was difficult to release the DHT from the folicals to wake them up again.
