We used to have a dog, Sammy. We got her Dec. 1980 when she was a puppy. We checked and found that she was a boy dog and when she peed, she'd lift her leg, just like a boy dog. After a few weeks or so, my neighbor/future brother-in-law and former forest ranger type and John Denver lover came over to look at Sammy and said, we'd better thing about changing the dog's name, because it's a girl dog! We checked again and, sure enough, she was a girl!! So, we called her, Samantha. A year later (1982), she had 6 pups on Valentine's day!
