Hello!
I just joined today and I am thrilled to be here.
I am a college freshman with a measly 32 inch bust! I would like to increase to at least a 34-35. Would any of you ladies who have been able to increase your bust naturally tell me how you did it?
As of now this is what I am doing.
Massaging twice a day 300 times each.
Using flax seed oil externally.
Using mama internally (1/2 tsp a day more or less).
What else should I do to increase quickly? Also, how long will it take to start to see changes ? (I'm very new to this as you can probably tell....).
