Sorry, hadn't heard about forskolin before. A quick search seems to say it increases cAMP which is a signalling molecule for all types of growth and other cellular activity, not only for aromatization. Actually it seems to be more popular among bodybuilders who claim it burns fat and increased the availability of their existing testosterone. There's no mention of aromatase and bodybuilders hate it, but who knows it might be 1 small thing in a large pile. It seems more like it boosts a myriad of things rather than any one particular thing. So if it helps I can't say why; could be a lot of things.
Searching for forskolin for breast enlargement didn't turn up anything; instead I got a bunch of fat burning links.
