Surferjoe, I think I am going to use olive oil instead for massage. I thought the progesterone cream would work wonders but I didn't consider that it could throw off my hormones. I have a feeling the reason I got so sick w/ fenugreek before is because I didn't eat enough during the day for the amount I was taking. The extract is definitely something to consider! I didn't know that fenugreek could increase androgen. I'm glad you told me that. I read somewhere that garlic is an anti-androgen, so that is why I bought that. In any case I am still going to get saw palmetto. Thank you for your feedback, it is extremely helpful!
I take SP off and on. If it is intact an anti estrogen then I figure it's gotta be a good thing in this e Dom world of artificial xenoestrogens!
But yes I was told on BN if I felt dizzy taking fenu and goats rue to eat something sweet and il be right. BIG mistake.. Split chin stitches and a months rehab from bruised ribs was the end result so I pretty much stopped herbs after that. Granted I took two herbs known to tutu with blood sugar so more fool me. But just a testament to go with your gut when it comes to herbs (I knew deep down I was playing with fire) .
Not everyone can tolerate herbs like the next person.
And yes surfers right. I'd only use pc cream if labs dictated you need it, I took PC cream and had undesirable side effects much like fg so I suspect you may too. Vitex low dose on the other hand seemed a lot more tolerable and favourable to boobs if low dose ie 100mg or the likes.
