Hello Everyone!
I have been on wonderup for about a month now. During the first couple of weeks I was definitely experiencing growing pains and lots of tenderness etc in my breasts. However, those feelings have pretty much stopped. Does this mean I need to ramp up, add something to my program, or just wait a while and see what happens? I know that my program is still very new to me and so I need to be patient, however I find it odd that all signs of growing seem to have stopped? Advice?
