If I'm not mistaken, DIM reduces hormonal levels in both men and women to balance natural levels. So if you are a guy, it will just help your testosterone to be more at normal levels. But also sabotage estrogen uptake. Where I work, many guys/body builders use it to try to rid themselves of estrogen.
