From nipple, inside aerola to crease( not that there is one!) 2.5 on L and R

Currently massaging with Tigerlily's routine using Bio Oil 10 - 20 minutes 2 x a day

Already after 48 hours of massage crazy 'ricey' bits in my boobs have gone, I have now learnt these were blockages, of what I don't know but it's great they've gone!
