Hehe...the boob scratching in public. I did that, and yeah it was a good sign for sure. Try and add new things slowly. I added too much, too quickly, and don't really know at times what had the effect on my progress. I'm slowly taking things out now. The process won't happen quickly, take your time and start slow.
