Well, I am not sure to continue with this massage business. It really bothered my shoulders. Actually, I have big shoulders and a small torso. I have been doing this for several days, but I had to stop early last night. I have changed positions & hand positions several times and stuff, but several joints were hurting so much, I stopped it last night. Today, I decided to just skip it in the day time to give myself a chance to recover. I am not going to risk injury for this! I will reconsider it, for tonight. Ironically, I am actually quit strong and fairly muscular, but this massage was kicking my butt!
