I for one am very curious to see replies.. But, the view point is skewed some here with this being a group about breast enhancement among other topics..
I think overall, in the vanilla world, it would be met along the same lines as a guy who crossdresses. Most cis females in the vanilla world can't relate or understand, and draw conclusions which are seldom true. They have defined stereotypes of 'men being men,' and acting like men.. Society has defined standards of sex and orientation though we deny and maintain we're an open and accepting of people's orientation and bodies.
In forums like this and other groups I/and others like me are accepted. Outside, with others who are fake and 'societal dependent' I/we're not. I suppose I know more about this topic because I have lived it.
The mind and one's attitude towards life is what's most attractive. And to the cis females in this group, you are the best
