I just started my own routine, and my periods are not regular so it was hard to tell which phase I was in. I have an app that kinda helps track my cycle, but since it is different every month it is hard to tell.
My plan is basically the same as Chiyomilk: PM during the follicle phase, and B Up Drop (a less powerful phytoestrogen herb) during luteal phase.
I did PM for about 2 weeks, then switched over when I thought it was my luteal phase. I kept taking the B Up Drop, and I was 20 or so days late this first time. After about 16 days or so of waiting, I started back on PM and got my period shortly thereafter. I stopped PM for 2 days after my period started and took it for about 2 weeks. I am now on a break for a few days before I start B Up Drop.
