Oh, I know it's not as easy as the Long Island medium might make it look and not easy to explain because it varies from person to person. I actually know plenty of people with something "weird" that has happened to them. I even know some people who live with various weirdness on the regular. Some of them embrace it and even turn it up and some of them run like heck from it. Yes, it depends on what it does for the individual.
One person I know can't turn it off, she says. I think balance and positivity and "keeping one's vibration high" is pretty key in a lot of cases where people are well adjusted with their abilities or seeming lack there-of, as it seems the phenomena can be affected by people's approach to it.
