Ethinyl estradiol being bad / environmentally unfriendly is a myth spread by pro-lifers. I take Diane 35 for my skin and it has actually lowered my blood pressure.
However, it's not a good idea to mix it into a cream. I would use a product like volufilline instead. The dose of estrogen in BC is extremely low, even in "high dose" ones like Neovlar, Anavar etc.
The reason they have estrogen is to offset the progesterone dosage. The progesterone is what keeps you from becoming pregnant.
If you really want a topical estrogen, I would recommend well... estrogen in HRT quantities.
