Sandhya, the best way to decide is to go to the old site( you can access it by going to the bottom of this page and clicking on "old breast nexus site") and look through all the programs posted there. The old site has been around for a few yrs and has mass information, this new site is just building so info is still limited, however it is growing fast. On the old site, search the routine of others, pick someone who is close to you in age, build, etc. and start with what they have discovered works for them. All the info can be very overwhelming, but the more you read the more you learn. Be sure to read the old posts too, cuz it is full of questions and answers that are very helpful. There is a section for newbies on both site, be sure to read those too. This journey is best done with knowledge, and lots of it. If you have a question, can't find that it's been asked already on either the old or new site, then please ask, someone will answer the best they can. The women(and men too) are really awesome here.....
