Well I've been doing 360 "Chi rotations" twice a day while doing standing leg lifts (since I'm trying to enhance my butt as well) and have gone up an inch in a week. I see a visible increase in fullness.
Not sure if the 'two sizes' thing is possible but my post weight loss sag has reduced significantly. I'm really pleased with these results. I also took some Diane 35 pills for my skin which could have helped but I doubt it.
