I already got my pills today, FG and SP
I took FG and just want to ask..
Is it ok to take SP after taking FG?(sorry for the stupid question, but i really dont know how to take the herbs..) and I didnt wait for my period to come (bit excited)..
Is it really true that it is best to take the herbs in the first day of your period?
Do i need to take the herbs even if i have my period? coz some pills like commercial ones lets you stop during your period.. help!!!!
