Question about what massage oil you use or suggest.

Hello

I was wondering if you all could recommend any massage oils you've used and the names of them. Also is it best to get refined oils or unrefined for massage? I'm thinking about either trying flaxseed oil, sesame seed oil, or fenugreek oil.
